The ETO Consortium organizes a series of webinars on States’ obligations beyond borders.
The first webinar in 2024 will deal with States’ obligations in the context of arms transfers to Israel. The webinar will discuss what international law provides for in the context of arms exports, and three concrete legal cases that were filed by civil-society organizations respectively in The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States of America will be discussed.
