In 2023, between 17-22 July, the Summer School on “Cross-border litigation and international arbitration” will take place in Ravenna (and online). This year’s program looks at cross-border litigation from a wider perspective, embracing for the first time also international arbitration.
While at the core of the program still lies the European space of justice, with its private and procedural international law regulations, the comparative and international perspectives are strengthened.
The Summer School will also deal with climate litigation.
