On February 16th, 2023, the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR) and the Collective on Chinese Financing and Investments, Human Rights and the Environment (Colectivo sobre Inversiones y Financiamiento Chinas, Derechos Humanos y Ambiente, CICDHA) – a collective of currently 12 Latin American civil-society organizations – presented a report to the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) within the scope of the periodic review of China.
This report contributed to the adoption, by the CESCR, of its Concluding Observations on China.
